Student Information 

The Pride Alliance Club- Will meet today,  Monday, February 28th, from 4:00-5:05 in the Downstairs Double Classroom outside Quest Hallway.

 

WEB Leaders - We will have a meeting in the double classroom downstairs this Wednesday during 8th grade coreplus.

 

7th Grade Volleyball- Attention 7th Grade Students, 7th Grade Volleyball will begin on Wednesday March 2nd. Please be ready at 4:00pm for practice. Practice will run from 4-5:05pm. If you have any questions, you can direct them to Mr. Walter who can be found in Room 1737. 

 

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL BATTLE OF THE BOOKS- There will be an after school meeting on Thursday, March 3rd  in the LLC. This is for 7th and 8th graders who have been participating and those who would like to begin participating. See Mrs. Milstead in the library with questions.

 

NJHS-Attention NJHS members. Please check our Google Classroom for some important announcements. We have some opportunities coming up that you might be interested in helping with.

 

Yearbook-Have you purchased a 2021-2022 EMS Yearbook? Check the lists in the library and cafeteria (on the front windows) to see if you have purchased a yearbook. If you haven't, you should buy one now! Yearbooks are $35 and you can purchase one on the parental portal in IC or by bringing cash or check made out to Euclid Middle School to the main office. Reserve your book now! We usually sell out if you wait until yearbook day in May!

 

Homework Club-

All Students in 6th, 7th, and 8th Grade- If you need some extra help with your homework, or are struggling with a concept you are learning in class, come to the library Mondays and Wednesdays starting Jan 26th with Mr. Haskell. All students working on all subject areas are welcome!

 

Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets, a logitech mouse and headphones, beats. keys or glasses/sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them.


Library & Learning Center morning hours: The library will be limited to hosting 80 students each morning before school. When you enter the building before school, please stop at Mrs. Rand's desk to get a pass. You will place the pass in the basket labeled "morning passes" when you enter the library. As always, when you enter, you need to remain until the first bell at 8:45 (9:45 on Wednesdays).

 

Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 8:30 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:45.

 

Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office.

Voleibol de 7º grado - Atención estudiantes de 7º grado, comenzaremos a jugar el miércoles 2 de marzo. Esté listo a las 4:00 p. m. para la práctica. La práctica se llevará a cabo de 4:00-5:05 p.m. Si tiene alguna pregunta, puede hablar con el Sr. Walter, que se encuentra en la habitación 1737.

 

Líderes WEB- Debido a la conferencia TSA, no nos reuniremos esta semana ni ayudaremos con sexto grado.

BATALLA DE LOS LIBROS PARA ESCUELA PRIMARIA - Habrá una reunión después de la escuela el jueves 3 de marzo en la biblioteca. Anuario -¿Has comprado un anuario de este año escolar? Consulte las listas en la biblioteca y la cafetería (en las ventanas delanteras) para ver si ha comprado un anuario. Si no lo has hecho, ¡deberías comprar uno ahora! Los anuarios cuestan $35 y puede comprar uno en el portal para padres en IC o traer efectivo o cheque a nombre de Euclid Middle School a la oficina principal. ¡Reserva tu libro ahora! ¡Normalmente vendemos todos los anuarios antes del día del anuario en mayo!

 

Club de Ayuda para Tareas - Todos los estudiantes en sexto, séptimo y octavo grado - Si necesitas un poco ayuda extra con su tarea, o estás teniendo dificultad con un concepto que estás aprendiendo en clase, vaya a la biblioteca Lunes y/o Miércoles para estudiar con Sr. Haskell. Todos los estudiantes que están trabajando en cualquiera área temática son bienvenidos. 

 

Objetos perdidos - si has perdido cápsulas/estuches de aire, joyas, billeteras, un mouse y auriculares Logitech, latidos. llaves o anteojos/anteojos de sol, pase por el escritorio de la Sra. Rand en la oficina de asistencia para ver si los tenemos.


Horario de la Biblioteca y Centro de Aprendizaje por la mañana: Habrá un límite de 80 estudiantes en la biblioteca cada mañana antes de la escuela. Cuando ingrese al edificio antes de la escuela, vaya al escritorio de la Sra. Rand para obtener un pase. Colocará el pase en la canasta con la etiqueta "morning passes" cuando ingrese a la biblioteca. Como siempre, cuando ingrese, debe permanecer hasta la primera campana a las 8:45 (9:45 los miércoles)

 

Entrar al Edificio por la Mañana: Los estudiantes pueden entrar por la entrada de la cafetería a las 8:30 AM, o por la entrada principal, la entrada de la cafetería y la entrada de 7mo grado a las 8:45 AM.

 

Teléfonos Celulares: Para mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje enfocado, la política de no usar teléfonos celulares continuará en Euclid. Les pedimos a los estudiantes que no traigan teléfonos celulares a la escuela o, si lo hacen, deben permanecer apagados y en los lockers de los estudiantes durante el día. Si necesitas comunicarte con alguien, estaremos felices de ayudarte en la oficina principal.
