Attention 8th grade Girl Volleyball Players~ Do you like bumping, setting, and spiking? Come join us on Monday, February 5th, from 7:05-8:05 a.m in the gym for volleyball practice! You will get a schedule of the practices and games as well as learn about this upcoming season. We are looking for team players with any skill level who want to compete, improve, and have fun. Please see Coach Menzor (2114) if you have any questions! YEARBOOK ORDERS~ Have you ordered your 2023-2024 Yearbook? They are CURRENTLY STILL for sale! Orders placed by January 31 are guaranteed. After that, yearbooks are available on a first come-first-serve basis. The cost of a book is $40 and can be purchased in the Parent Portal on Infinite Campus, on the Fees tab, click on the yellow "Optional Fees" button in the bottom left hand corner to add your yearbook to the cart. Families may also bring cash or check to Mrs. Kelley in the office. Please note that we will probably sell out the yearbook again this year so please order early. You can check in the Parent Portal under paid fees to see if you have already purchased a yearbook this year or call or email Mrs Kelley (EMS Bookkeeper) at 303-347-7801 - JKelley@lps.k12.co.us or have your student check the list in the cafeteria. Magic the Gathering & Video Game Club~Do you like games? Do you like games with a little bit of magic? Better yet, do you like competing with others and seeing who will reign supreme? Then we have the answer for you! We are reigniting a club based around a card game called, "Magic the Gathering." It is a card game, similar to Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, but has battle cards like Dungeon and Dragons. If you are new, there will be ways to learn and basic decks will be provided to use. Or do you enjoy playing video games or want to learn more about them? Do you want to join a community of people who enjoy creating their own world or setting off on adventures of your own choosing? Do you want to learn more about coding your own games and 3D printing? Come see what magic awaits you every Monday starting on February 5 from 3:40 to 4:45 in the library. See Mrs. Sullivan and Mr. Davis if you have any questions. LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. PEDIDOS DEL ANUARIO ~ ¿Ha pedido su Anuario 2023-2024? ¡ACTUALMENTE TODAVÍA están a la venta! Los pedidos realizados antes del 31 de enero están garantizados.
