Pride Alliance-Meeting today, December 1st from 4:00-5:00. This will be a special panel for Saff.
Theater Field Trip-Thank you to all the students who applied to go on the theater field trip next week. Mrs. Alexander will email all students who applied and their parents/guardians. There will also be a list of accepted students posted on Mrs. Alexander's door (1366). Please see Mrs. Alexander to pick up a field trip permission slip if you were selected for this trip or if you have any questions.
7th Grade Girls Basketball- I need your Jerseys! Please return your washed jerseys/shorts to Mr. Tuke (RM 0297) or Mr. Walter (RM 1125) so we can mark you off our list. If you do not return your Jerseys, you will be charged for them.
Attention 8th Grade Boys Basketball- Our season will start quickly upon our return from Winter Break, so we need to start practicing. Our first several practices are in the next few weeks. First practice is Tuesday, 12/06 from 4:00-5:05 in the gym after school. Tuesday, 12/13 and Wednesday 12/14 after school the following week and the last practice before break will be Tuesday, 12/20 after school as well. You will be able to take the late buses home after practice. All are welcome and encouraged to participate at all skill levels. Please be prepared with athletic clothes and shoes for practice and don't forget your water bottle. Practice schedules will be handed out the first practice. Please come see Mr. Tuke (RM 0297) or Mr. Meier (RM 0292) if you have any questions. Hope to see you there!
ATTENTION STRATEGY LOVERS AND CHESS EXPERTS-The annual LPS Chess Tournament will take place on Saturday, December 10th at Newton Middle School, beginning at 8:00 am.
NJHS this week-Wednesday, 11/30 during Core +: We will have an officers meeting during Core +. Please come in the morning to get your pass.
Friday, 12/2 @ 8 a.m. in the DCR- We will have a meeting for ALL MEMBERS on Friday. We will be coordinating our Food Drive and working on Falcon Feathers. Our elementary BOB team will have a brief check-in.
Battle of the Books-If you plan to participate in the Middle School Battle of the Books, be sure to register your team by visiting the library website. If you want to participate but don't have a team, please see Mrs. Milstead in the library. Participating is free!
LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 8:30 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 8:30-8:40, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:45 a.m. bell
Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets, a logitech mouse and headphones, beats. keys or glasses/sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 8:30 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:45.
Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office. LUNCHES:

CLUB DE FÚTBOL ~ El martes 8 de noviembre será el último día del Club de Fútbol, ¡nos vemos en la primavera!

ATENCIÓN AMANTES DE LA ESTRATEGIA Y EXPERTOS EN AJEDREZ - El torneo anual de ajedrez de LPS tendrá lugar el sábado 10 de diciembre en la Escuela Secundaria Newton, a partir de las 8:00 am. Recoge un formulario de inscripción de la Sra. Kelley en la oficina principal. La inscripción termina el viernes 18 de noviembre, el día antes de las vacaciones de Acción de Gracias.
El Programa de Teatro de la Escuela Secundaria Euclid está orgullosa de presentar nuestra obra de otoño: Una Arruga en el Tiempo, de Madeline L'Engle, adaptada al escenario por James Sie. Acompaña a Meg, Charles Wallace y Calvin en un maravilloso y extraño viaje a través del universo para luchar contra el mal y salvar a su padre perdido, un científico que estudia los viajes en el tiempo, del oscuro planeta de Camazotz con la ayuda de unos seres cósmicos llamados Whatsit, Which y Who.
LA BIBLIOTECA ESTÁ ABIERTA ANTES DE LA ESCUELA: Ahora los estudiantes pueden visitar la biblioteca antes de la escuela, a partir del timbre de las 8:30. Los estudiantes deben obtener un pase en la puerta principal entre las 8:30-8:40, o hasta que los pases se agoten. Teléfonos Celulares: Para mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje enfocado, la política de no usar teléfonos celulares continuará en Euclid. Les pedimos a los estudiantes que no traigan teléfonos celulares a la escuela o, si lo hacen, deben permanecer apagados y en los lockers de los estudiantes durante el día. Si necesitas comunicarte con alguien, estaremos felices de ayudarte en la oficina principal.
