Please remember no art club this Wednesday Feb. 8th and we will meet again the following week on Feb 15th Magic the Gathering is canceled Thursday, Feb. 9. We will pick back up next Thursday, Feb. 16. See you then! Off-Season Athletics-Looking to improve your athletic presence. Off-Season Athletics will meet twice a week, after school and will focus on strength & conditioning (flexibility, mobility, balance, strength, endurance, agility and speed). Clothes and shoes you can be active in and a water bottle are necessary for each session. The group will meet in the wrestling room. Everyone is welcome to come out and have some fun playing Basketball with Mr. Haskell and Ms. Morris! See the 6th grade teachers for a flier! Dates we will be playing are Wednesday Feb 8th, Monday Feb 13, Tuesday Feb 14, Wednesday Feb 15, Tuesday Feb 21st, Wednesday Feb 22nd Battle of the Books-Anyone who plans to participate in our Battle of the Books competition is invited to a meeting in the library on Wednesday, Feb. 15 right after school. The meeting will last until 5 p.m. If you don't have a team but want to participate, you are invited to come to see if we can form some additional teams. For information, see the display right inside the library doors. LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 8:30 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 8:30-8:40, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:45 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets, a logitech mouse and headphones, beats. keys or glasses/sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 8:30 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:45. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office. Comenzando el martes, 31 de enero, Entrenamiento Fuera de Temporada se reunirá dos veces por semana, después de la escuela y se centrará en la fuerza y acondicionamiento (flexibilidad, movilidad, equilibrio, fuerza, resistencia, agilidad y velocidad). Sexto grado - Baloncesto mixto comienza el jueves 2 de febrero después de la escuela en el gimnasio! Todos son bienvenidos a venir y divertirse jugando baloncesto con el Sr. Haskell y la Sra. Morris. ¡Habla con tus maestros de 6° grado para un folleto! Las fechas que jugaremos son: jueves 2 de febrero, miércoles 8 de febrero, lunes 13 de febrero, martes 14 de febrero, miércoles 15 de febrero, martes 21 de febrero, miércoles 22 de febrero. Batalla de los libros-Si planeas participar en la Batalla de los Libros de las escuelas secundarias, asegúrate de inscribir a tu equipo visitando la página web de la biblioteca. Si quieres participar pero no tienes un equipo, por favor habla con la Sra. Milstead en la biblioteca. ¡Participar es gratis! LA BIBLIOTECA ESTÁ ABIERTA ANTES DE LA ESCUELA: Ahora los estudiantes pueden visitar la biblioteca antes de la escuela, a partir del timbre de las 8:30.
