2023-24 Yearbook Staff~Thank you to the many qualified applicants who applied to produce next year's yearbook. Next year's staff list is posted outside of Student Services. You will receive more information in the coming weeks. Congratulations to Christian Caby for winning the first journalism photo contest. Christian received a Starbucks gift card for his photo of a goat. Mark your calendars! Student Council is having a profit sharing night at Chipotle on May 1! Be sure to visit the Chipotle on the corner of Broadway and Littleton Boulevard on May 1 and mention that you are there to support Euclid Student Council. You get to enjoy delicious food, and part of the proceeds will go to Euclid's StuCo! The NJHS annual Giant Jenga Tournament-Will be after school Tuesday and Wednesday. Registration forms are due in the library by 9 a.m. Tuesday morning. The cost is $20/team. The winning team will get a Qdoba lunch! This is a fundraiser to help with projects at our school. 6th Grade TRACK~6th graders! Come join Coach Guarino and Coach Haskell in the Gym Lobby from 4pm-5:05pm after school to learn more. Track will run four weeks on Wednesday and Thursday after school. April 26-27, May 3-4, and May 10-11 LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 8:30 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 8:30-8:40, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:45 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets, a logitech mouse and headphones, beats. keys or glasses/sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 8:30 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:45. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office. La semana de bondad viene~ La semana que viene (del 17 al 21 de abril) es la Semana de la Bondad de Euclid. Cada equipo Core de Euclid competirá para ver quién puede difundir más bondad, ¡y el Core ganador se llevará el Trofeo Halcón Espíritu! Las formas de dar puntos a tu núcleo son:
Atletismo de 6° grado~ estudiantes de 6° grado! Tendremos nuestra primera reunión el miércoles, 19 de abril. Venga para entrenar con la entrenadora Guarino y el entrenador Haskell en el vestíbulo del gimnasio de 4pm-5:05pm después de la escuela el 19 de Abril para aprender más. El atletismo durará cuatro semanas los miércoles y jueves después de la escuela. El 19 y 20 de Abril, el 26 y 27 de Abril, el 3 y 4 de Mayo, y el 10 y 11 de Mayo. LA BIBLIOTECA ESTÁ ABIERTA ANTES DE LA ESCUELA: Ahora los estudiantes pueden visitar la biblioteca antes de la escuela, a partir del timbre de las 8:30. Los estudiantes deben obtener un pase en la puerta principal entre las 8:30-8:40, o hasta que los pases se agoten.
