All Grades~Do you like games? Do you like games with a little bit of magic? Better yet, do you like competing with others and seeing who will reign supreme? Then we have the answer for you! We are reigniting a club based around a card game called, "Magic the Gathering." It is a card game, similar to Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, but has battle cards like Dungeon and Dragons. If you are new, there will be ways to learn and basic decks will be provided to use. Or do you enjoy playing video games or want to learn more about them? Do you want to join a community of people who enjoy creating their own world or setting off on adventures of your own choosing? Do you want to learn more about coding your own games and 3D printing? Come see what magic awaits you every Monday starting on October 2nd from 3:40 to 4:45 in the library/makerspace. See Mrs. Sullivan and Mr. Davis if you have any questions. All grades~It’s STRIDE time! The LPS Foundation is hosting the 28th annual Stride on Sunday, October 29, 2023, at the Littleton Museum, and your whole family is invited! This fall tradition includes a 5K, 10K, Kids Fun Run, and Wellness Expo and raises money to support health and wellness at LPS schools. Last year, Euclid won for demonstrating the most spirit! We won the school $1,000! Let's do it again! We could also win an additional $1,000 for highest participation. This year's theme is fall festival. So get registered for the Stride, ask you parents, grandparents, siblings to also register. Then join us the morning of the Stride at the Euclid tent dressed in camo, fall colors or any of your favorite fall foliage or costume. Register now to take advantage of The Stride Back to School Sale. Attention ALL 7th Grade Girls~ Your basketball season is fast approaching. Our first practices are Wednesday, September the 20th and Thursday, September 28th after school in the gym from 3:30-4:45. Everyone is welcome and all skill levels encouraged to join! Please bring a water bottle and athletic clothes, including gym shoes. If you have any questions please ask Mr. Tuke (RM 0297) in the Venture Core hallway or Ms. Onstott (RM 1292) in the Trailblazer Hallway. Lion King Jr~Tech crew for the musical begins today! Meet Ms. Kristen at the stage door (near the gym and the athletic entrance). 6th Grade Co-ed Basketball~Everyone is welcome to come out and have some fun playing Basketball with Mr. Haskell and Ms. Blankenship! Please wear appropriate footwear (No open-toed shoes, Crocs, or slides). Dates we will be playing are Tuesday Sept.26th, And Wednesday Sept. 27th. If there are any additional questions please contact Mr. Haskell at phaskell@lps.k12.co.us LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office.
