ATTENTION TSA~The Technology Student Association (TSA Club) will be starting on Tuesday, October 10th after school from 3:40-4:45 PM in the STEM Presentation Room, 1842! We will then meet every Tuesday until our State Competition in February. Come learn about our State Conference overnight at the Denver Tech Center Marriott hotel and our National Conference in Orlando Florida! All future TSA students must attend this mandatory meeting! See Mr. Biddulph or Mrs. Milstead for more information or go to tinyurl.com/EuclidTSA Attention all NJHS members~ If you are planning on attending the NJHS Leadership retreat THIS Friday 10/6 from 3:30-6:30pm please be sure to give your permission slip to Ms. Lunn in room 1294 or Ms. Milstead room 1125 no later than Wednesday October 4th! Pride Club~ Is meeting Wednesday October 4th after school in the 8th grade downstairs double classroom. All are welcome! All Grades~Hey Falcons! Let’s get running! The Stride will be here before we know it, so sign up today for a fun morning! Our school’s theme is camo, fall colors or something with our fall theme. Our school is hoping to win again this year for school spirit so please meet at the Euclid tent before the race. Register now at RunTheStride.com. Wrestling~All Grades-Wrestling is starting on Monday Oct 2nd. Weekly we will meet after school in the wrestling room from 3:45-4:45 with Coach Flynn and Mr. Haskell. Wrestling is available to all grades, and is a co-ed sport. No experience is required. If you have any question contact Mr. Haskell @ phaskell@lps.k12.co.us 8th Grade girls basketball players~Do you like dribbling, shooting, or passing a basketball? Then you’re in luck- 8th grade girls basketball is starting soon! The first practice will be on Wednesday, October 4th at 3:30 in the gym and will end at 4:45. You will be given a schedule and more information on the season at that time. We are looking for team players of any skill level that want to compete, improve, and have fun! If you have any questions, please see Coach Menzor in room 2114 (Mt. Antero) or Coach Blankenship in the library. All Grades~Do you like games? Do you like games with a little bit of magic? Better yet, do you like competing with others and seeing who will reign supreme? Then we have the answer for you! We are reigniting a club based around a card game called, "Magic the Gathering." It is a card game, similar to Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, but has battle cards like Dungeon and Dragons. If you are new, there will be ways to learn and basic decks will be provided to use. Or do you enjoy playing video games or want to learn more about them? Do you want to join a community of people who enjoy creating their own world or setting off on adventures of your own choosing? Do you want to learn more about coding your own games and 3D printing? Come see what magic awaits you every Monday starting on October 2nd from 3:40 to 4:45 in the library. See Mrs. Sullivan and Mr. Davis if you have any questions. LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office.
