Upcoming Calendar Events: Here are a few highlighted upcoming events: For November 28th
Are you an avid chess player? LPS is hosting a chess tournament on Saturday, December 9th at Newton. If you are interested in registering, reach out to Mr. Call or register at http://tinyurl.com/LPSChess23. Registration closes Friday, December 1st. You can also pick up registration forms from Student Services. Attention ALL 8th Grade Boys~ Your basketball season is fast approaching. Our first practices are Tuesday, December the 5th, Thursday, December 7th and Wednesday, December 12 after school in the gym from 3:30-4:45 with our first game Tuesday December 19th vs Newton. Everyone is welcome and all skill levels encouraged to join! Please bring a water bottle and athletic clothes, including gym shoes. If you have any questions please ask Mr. Tuke (RM 0297) or Mr. Walter (RM 0292) in the Venture Core hallway. LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office. What’s for lunch?? Atención a TODOS los niños de 8º grado ~ La temporada de baloncesto se acerca rápidamente. Nuestras primeras prácticas son el martes 5 de diciembre, jueves 7 de diciembre y miércoles 12 de diciembre después de clases en el gimnasio de 3:30 a 4:45 pm, y nuestro primer juego el martes 19 de diciembre contra Newton. ¡Todos son bienvenidos a participar!
