Upcoming Calendar Events: Here are a few highlighted upcoming events: For December 13th
The annual Euclid food drive has begun! The drive ends Friday, Dec. 15. Please bring nonperishable items to school and take them to the Euclid Cafe. There will be boxes with teachers on them names set up on the stage (near the lost and found). To vote for a teacher, place your food items in their box. The four teachers with the most votes will appear in costume. May the best teacher win! Attention ALL 8th Grade Boys~ Your basketball season is fast approaching. Our practices Wednesday, December 12 after school in the gym from 3:30-4:45 with our first game Tuesday December 19th vs Newton. Everyone is welcome and all skill levels encouraged to join! Please bring a water bottle and athletic clothes, including gym shoes. If you have any questions please ask Mr. Tuke (RM 0297) or Mr. Walter (RM 0292) in the Venture Core hallway. LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office. What’s for lunch?? ¡La colecta anual de alimentos de Euclid ha comenzado! La colecta finaliza el viernes 15 de diciembre. Traiga artículos no perecederos a la escuela y déjelos en el Café de Euclid. Habrá cajas con los nombres de los maestros colocadas en el escenario (cerca de objetos perdidos y encontrados). Para votar por un maestro, coloque sus alimentos en su caja. Los cuatro maestros con más votos aparecerán disfrazados. ¡Que gane el mejor maestro! Atención a TODOS los niños de 8º grado ~ La temporada de baloncesto se acerca rápidamente. Nuestras primeras prácticas son el martes 5 de diciembre, jueves 7 de diciembre y miércoles 12 de diciembre después de clases en el gimnasio de 3:30 a 4:45 pm y nuestro primer juego será el martes 19 de diciembre contra la Escuela Newton. ¡Todos son bienvenidos a participar! Por favor traiga una botella de agua y ropa deportiva, incluidos zapatos deportivos. TELÉFONOS CELULARES: Para mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje enfocado, la política de no usar teléfonos celulares continuará en Euclid. Les pedimos a los estudiantes que no traigan teléfonos celulares a la escuela o, si lo hacen, deben permanecer apagados y en los casilleros durante todo el día. Si necesita comunicarse con alguien, estaremos felices de ayudarle en la oficina principal.
