Current Student Council members~ Will meet on Tuesday 9/3 in Ms. Onstott's room 1292 at 7:45. Please be on time if you can make it to this meeting, since we will not have our regular Monday meeting. Reminder for students that signed up for an interview to join Student Council! Please make sure to be in the Library right after school on the day you chose to interview, either Tuesday 9/3 or Wednesday 9/4 Do you like construction, visual arts, graphic design, crafting, lights and sound, costuming, and special effects? Join the Euclid Tech Crew! All interested and former tech crew members will need to fill out an application. You need to join the Google Classroom with the code: csxc22b and fill out the Google Form prior to attending the first meeting. Applications are due by Friday, 9/6. The first crew meeting on the stage will be on Monday, 9/9! Please plan to stay from 3:40-4:45pm. NJHS applications~ 7th- and 8th-graders with a GPA of 3.75 or higher received invitations to apply to National Junior Honor Society. Applications are due in student services by 3:30 Friday, August 30. Late or incomplete applications will not be considered. If you have questions, please talk to Mrs. Lunn or Ms. Milstead. If you were inducted last year, you do not need to apply again. Check the bulletin and Google Classroom for meeting dates. Jazz Band~Do you play piano, guitar, or bass? The Euclid Jazz Band needs you! "Swing" by the band room (1370) to get audition music and information, and talk to Mr. Holcombe if you have questions. You do not need to be in band to join jazz band on these instruments! LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office. What’s for lunch?? Los miembros actuales del Consejo Estudiantil se reunirán el martes 3 de septiembre en la sala 1292 de la Sra. Onstott a las 7:45 am. Si puede, llegue a tiempo a esta reunión, ya que no tendremos nuestra reunión habitual de los lunes. Recordatorio para los estudiantes que se inscribieron para una entrevista para que se unan al Consejo Estudiantil. Asegúrese de estar en la biblioteca inmediatamente después de la escuela el día que eligió para la entrevista, ya sea el martes 3 de septiembre o el miércoles 4 de septiembre. ¿Te gusta la construcción, las artes visuales, el diseño gráfico, la artesanía, las luces y el sonido, el vestuario y los efectos especiales? ¡Únase al equipo tecnológico de Euclid!
