Students, Today wraps up the Fundraising Campaign. At the end of the day, we will have the Prize Scramble in the gym for those students who had at least 8 orders. We will be releasing students with 8 or more orders at the following times: Please note- NO BACKPACKS. Keep backpacks in your locker.
NJHS- New Members: If you applied to NJHS you should have received a letter last week in Core +. Students who were invited to join should RSVP for the induction ceremony, which is Thursday, September 26 at 6 p.m. in the cafeteria. Inductees should arrive by 5:30 for a quick rehearsal. NJHS- Current 8th grade Members: If you were inducted into NJHS last year, you are still a member this year. We held our first meeting on 9/13. If you were unable to attend, please see Ms. Milstead or Mrs. Lunn. If you have a speaking or non speaking role in the induction ceremony, please arrive at Euclid by 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 26. You are also welcome to stay after school to help set up. SOS~All seventh and eighth graders that have participated in the Sources of Strength training and are interested in being a part of Sources this year, are invited to an after school Sources of Strength meeting on September 23 from 3:45-4:45 in the Double Classroom. Students who have not been trained, but are interested in this club, will receive an invitation for the Sources training that will be held in October. Hey Falcons, don't miss out! Show your school spirit and order your Euclid Spirit Wear today! You can find the link on the EMS website. ORDERS ARE DUE Monday, 9/23/24, expect delivery towards the end of October. Since this is a group order, orders can't be added after the deadline. Contact Mrs. Rand with any questions. Do you like games? Do you like games with a little bit of magic? Better yet, do you like competing with others and seeing who will reign supreme? We are reigniting a club based around a card game called, "Magic the Gathering." It is a card game, similar to Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh, but has battle cards like Dungeon and Dragons. Do you enjoy playing video games or want to learn more about them? Do you want to join a community of people who enjoy creating their own world or setting off on adventures of your own choosing? Monday starting on Sept. 30th from 3:40 to 4:45 in the library. LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Proximos Eventos A continuación, se encontrarán algunos de los próximos eventos destacados para el 23 de septiembre
Estudiantes, hoy finaliza la campaña de recaudación de fondos. Al final del día, tendremos un concurso de premios en el gimnasio para aquellos estudiantes que hayan realizado al menos 8 pedidos. Los estudiantes con 8 o más pedidos serán entregados en los siguientes horarios: Tenga en cuenta que NO SE PERMITEN MOCHILAS. Guarde las mochilas en su casillero.
NJHS- Nuevos miembros: si se postuló para NJHS, debería haber recibido una carta la semana pasada en Core +. Los estudiantes que fueron invitados a unirse deben confirmar su asistencia para la ceremonia de inducción, que se llevará a cabo el jueves 26 de septiembre a las 6 pm. en la cafetería. Los inducidos deben llegar a las 5:30 para un ensayo rápido. NJHS- Miembros actuales de octavo grado: si fue inducido a NJHS el año pasado, todavía es miembro este año. Celebramos nuestra primera reunión el 13 de septiembre. Si no pudo asistir, consulte con la Sra. Milstead o la Sra. Lunn. Si tiene un papel de orador o no orador en la ceremonia de inducción, llegue a Euclid a las 5 p. m. el jueves 26 de septiembre. También puede quedarse después de la escuela para ayudar a organizar todo. TELÉFONOS CELULARES: Para mantener un ambiente de aprendizaje enfocado, la política de no usar teléfonos celulares continuará en Euclid. Les pedimos a los estudiantes que no traigan teléfonos celulares a la escuela o, si lo hacen, deben permanecer apagados y en los casilleros durante todo el día. Si necesita comunicarse con alguien, estaremos felices de ayudarle en la oficina principal.
