Attention ALL 8th Grade Boys~ Practices will resume Tuesday, December 17th after school in the gym from 3:30-4:45 with our first regular season game Wednesday December 18th vs Newton. I need you to bring your purple sheet if you haven't turned it yet, I need this sheet for you to play. If you have any questions please ask Mr. Tuke (RM 0297) or Mr. Teruel (RM 0296) in the Venture Core hallway. Advanced Actor's Workshop~This spring we will be holding auditions for Advanced Actor's Workshop at the end of January! More to come, but students may begin preparing if interested by practicing a short 30 second-1 minute comedic monologue for the auditions! This will be a straight play, not a musical! Show title will be announced to those who complete the audition and attend the first rehearsal, when we will complete final casting! Rehearsals will be on Mondays and Wednesdays Feb and March with two weeks of longer rehearsal in April, and two performances on April 17 and 18. Actor's Workshop is open to all students at any grade level who audition! For more information, please see Mrs. Neufeld in room 2122. Attention 8th Grade families~The Euclid yearbook is accepting 8th grade dedication ads through January 10. However, the cost is discounted through December 1! Families may choose a ⅛-page or ¼-page ad. Please use the attached flyer for instructions about designing your ad with a personalized message and photo(s). Please note: There is a separate cost to purchase the yearbook. That can be done in Parent Portal/Fees/Optional Fees or by calling Jill Kelley in our office. LIBRARY OPEN BEFORE SCHOOL: Students may visit the library before school, starting with the 7:55 bell. Students must get a pass at the front doors between 7:55-8:05, or until passes run out. Please return the pass to the basket at the circulation desk and remain until the 8:10 a.m. bell. Lost and Found-Lost and Found-If you have lost air pods/cases, jewelry, wallets,watches, headphones, keys, glasses or sunglasses, come by Mrs. Rand's desk in the Attendance office to see if we have them. Entering the building in the morning: Students can enter the cafeteria entrance at 7:55 AM, or through the main entrance, cafeteria entrance, and 7th-grade entrance at 8:10. Cellphones: To maintain a focused learning environment, the no cellphone policy will continue at Euclid. We ask that students not bring cellphones to school or if they do, they should remain off and in the students’ lockers during the day. Should you need to make a call, we are happy to help in the main office. What’s for lunch??
